Response to Covid-19
The owners, management, and team members certainly know of, and share our customers concerns surrounding Covid-19 (Coronavirus); and want to provide information regarding our current responses to this emerging health challenge.
Maintaining safe and sanitary conditions has always been a top priority for Commonwealth Properties – and now more than ever. The following are steps we have taken in the past and will, of course, continue - with an admittedly heightened sense of urgency:
Our team members are required to stay home if they are feeling unwell and we are closely monitoring updates from the CDC and following at a minimum its recommendations, including but not limited to sanitizing and disinfecting procedures.
We are also not renting rooms for a minimum of seven days between each guest's stay. We will continue to evolve our responses in accordance with CDC recommendations.
